The DCH Group of Companies is overly concerned about the groundless and baseless actions of the Security Service of Ukraine to summon the employees of the group V. Vozhov and A. Azarov for questioning as witnesses on 29 January 2021.
Let us note that the summons are once again made in violation of procedural law restricting the summoned rights.
We consider such calls to be another manifestation of the Security Service's pressure on the DCH Group given the date of the planned interrogation, i.e. two days before the day of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Motor Sich. It is confirmed by similar summonses for questionings of the members of the Registration Commission of the General Meeting of the Company as well.
We call on law enforcement agencies to refrain from interfering in the Company's economic activities and act exclusively within the powers established by law.
