Today, on August 12th, DCH secured the transfer of the first tranche of salaries payable in the amount of UAH 10 million to JSC ‘Kharkiv Tractor Plant’. It was possible to manage to do it since based on the ruling of the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv city dated on August 05th, 2016, the arrests imposed on the accounts of JSC ‘KhTZ’ within the scope of criminal proceedings were cancelled and, consequently, a number of bank accounts of the enterprise were unblocked.
Let us recall that due to the actions of the law enforcement agencies, the plant’s work was idle for 4 months, unable to either produce the goods or receive income from their sale, as well as to pay salaries to employees through bank payments.
As previously reported, the available balance on the bank accounts of the enterprise is UAH 306 thousand, which is equivalent to 15% of the debt accumulated to the staff because of “enforcers’” actions. All other funds are additional investments made by Aleksandr Yaroslavskyi for the development of KhTZ.
DCH transferred UAH 10 million to the plant. It will be fully aimed at the salary payment. As of 3 pm on August 12th, 90% of the amount has already been transferred to salary cards of the employees of the enterprise who have got them. The remaining amount is being paid through the salary office of the company.
