On December 5, 2008, the general meeting of the UkrSibbank stockholders decided to make changes in the list of the Bank’s Supervisory Committee members.
Starting from the date of decision, interests of Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy, the DCH beneficiary, who had been a member of JSCIB UkrSibbank Supervisory Committee until recently, will be represented by Artyom Aleksandrov, DCH Chief Executive Officer. The changes were caused by the fact that Mr. Yaroslavskyy is currently in charge of personal supervision over DCH projects related to the preparation of Kharkiv for Euro-2012. Therefore, taking into account the stable market position and favorable prospects for development of JSCIB UkrSibbank, the DCH’s President deems it possible to delegate his Supervisory Council member’s authority to a competent top manager.
According to the decision of the general meeting of the Bank’s stockholders dated December 5, 2008, the list of BNP Paribas representatives in the Supervisory Council also changed: Pierre Mariani was replaced by Jean Lemierre.
