On September 5, 2008, in Kiev, the Russian Institute of Directors (Rossiysky Institut Directorov) held a consultative workshop on “Key Issues Relating to the Creation and Development of Corporate Management System in the Company” for DCH Investment Management employees (management company affiliated with DCH Group, which is owned by Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy, one of the most influential businessmen in Ukraine). The training covering this topic was requisite due to the increased scale of operations conducted by DCH and the corresponding growth of complexity of the Group corporate structure.
During the animated discussion, the participants addressed issues concerning methods of organizing the system of corporate management, applied instruments, and the adaptation of classic principles to individual business specifics. The workshop was attended by top and middle managers as well as by specialists of corporate, financial, and investment divisions of the company. The majority of them are members on supervisory boards of various companies included in the holding: JSCIB UkrSibbank, DCH Real Estate, Merefa Glass Company, Kharkov Cement, OJSC Azot (Cherkassy), Ukrainian Mineral Mining Company, New Systems AM (Kharkiv International Airport), etc.
