On June 24, 2008 DCH Group management announced that changes were made to the corporate structure with regard to implementing the business center construction project at 85 Mezhigorskaya Street, Podilsky District, Kyiv, on the territory of the former Keramperlit Plant. Due to these changes, DCH Group’s share in the operating company Investstroycomplex (a joint venture with HCM Group) will increase from 50% to 75%.
