DCH Group acquired the online marketplace LeBoutique from private investors. The company is one of the leading players in Ukrainian online fashion retail. It offers its customers clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories of well-known western and Ukrainian brands at a discount. The investment banking firm Soul Partners was a financial advisor on the part of the sellers.
The LeBoutique investment is a part of the DCH’s strategy aimed at developing an online segment in addition to existing offline channels. DCH owns KARAVAN shopping malls in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro. Besides, the online marketplace is expected to have a positive synergy with the Group’s Credit Dnipro Bank in terms of payments processing and consumer loans for LeBoutique clients.
DCH intends to improve LeBoutique online platform to ensure the industry leadership position and create a modern and user-friendly Ukrainian online product.
