Oleksandr Yaroslavsky’s DCH Group announces that it is ready to participate in privatization of the state-owned enterprises – Electrotyazhmash and United Mining and Chemical Company – if competent authorities decide accordingly.
We are interested in development of Ukrainian industry. The facilities to be privatized, as announced by the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, will additionally benefit from synergies with other DCH assets.
DCH investment opportunities and successful experience in managing large industrial complexes will ensure the stable operation of Electrotyazhmash and United Mining and Chemical Company and strengthen the market position of these enterprises.
